Passed away on 3rd January 2025, aged 65 years.
Funeral service and cremation will take place at Amber Valley Crematorium, Swanwick on Thursday 13th February at 3.00 pm.
Floral tributes or donations are optional in memory of Susan and will be divided between Lister Ward & Hogarth Ward at Nottingham City Hospital (cheques payable to Gillotts Funeral Directors Donations Account), may be given by retiring collection after the service or sent to Gillotts Funeral Directors, 1a, Abbott Street, Heanor, Derbyshire, DE75 7QD.
