Passed away 18th June 2024, aged 44 years. He will be sadly missed by all of his family and friends.
Funeral service to take place at Amber Valley Crematorium on Monday 15th July at 10.00a.m. followed by a burial in St. Mary’s Churchyard, Westwood.
